We are seeking a qualified and experienced Inside Sales Executive with a strong background in medical devices and surgical instruments. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our sales team, leveraging their knowledge of surgical products to engage with customers, provide expert guidance, and efficiently process orders through our software system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

+ Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.
+ Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide product information.

Product Knowledge:

+ Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of medical devices and surgical instruments.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surgical products.

Order Processing:

+ Utilize software systems to process customer orders accurately.
+ Ensure timely and efficient order placement, tracking, and delivery.

Sales Support:

+ Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
+ Provide support in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.

Relationship Building:

+ Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Administrative Tasks:

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
+ Utilize Excel and other computer tools for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in inside sales, specifically in surgical products. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil. Prior experience in medical devices and surgical instruments. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
