Job Summary



We are seeking a highly motivated

Inside Sales Executive

with proven experience in

software sales and lead generation

using platforms like

LinkedIn, Zoho CRM, HubSpot

. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, expertise in identifying potential customers, and experience handling

domestic sales

.

Key Responsibilities



Generate high-quality leads through

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, email campaigns

, and other online channels. Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and business opportunities. Handle end-to-end inside sales processes--from lead generation to appointment setting. Engage with domestic clients to understand requirements and pitch relevant software solutions. Maintain and update CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot) with accurate lead and sales information. Cold call, email, and follow up with prospects to build a strong sales pipeline. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize lead flow and conversions. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets. Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in

software inside sales / lead generation

. Strong working knowledge of

LinkedIn, Zoho CRM, HubSpot

tools. Experience in

domestic market sales

(India). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical products and explain them to potential clients. Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
