Zolve is hiring freshers with strong communication skills to support customer onboarding and activation for Zolve Credit Cards. This role offers hands-on exposure to fintech sales, customer engagement, and conversion-driven growth in international markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage and follow up with inbound and outbound leads via calls and WhatsApp
Explain Zolve Credit Card features, benefits, and application process clearly
Assist customers with application completion and onboarding
Support card activation and encourage first transaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Adhere to communication guidelines and ethical sales practices
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience
MBA Freshers, final-year students, or recent graduates
Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
Willingness to work in UK shifts and make outbound calls
Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and structured follow-ups
High learning agility and ownership mindset
Nice to Have
Any prior internship or experience in sales or customer engagement
Interest in fintech or financial services.
Empathetic, trustworthy, ethical, and persistent.
Coachable with high ownership.
