About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
2. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
3. Handling regular business process improvements and updates
4. Maintaining a database (salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
5. Devising B2B (business-to-business) integrated marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customer

Requirements:

1. Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
3. Education sales experience is mandatory
4. Strong listening and presentation skills
5. Self-motivated and self-directed
6. Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi is a must
7. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 1000 per sale).
