?Core Responsibilities:
1. Experience with strong handling of B2B & B2C Outbound Sales.
2. Send introductory communication to customers in assigned territories, positioning yourself as their interim sales representative. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer needs during the transition period.
3. Sales Growth (Cross-Sell / Upsell)-Analyse customer accounts and business verticals to identify unmet needs. Proactively recommend relevant products or services. Present tailored solutions to expand account value and drive growth.
4. Hands on with Research. Research on customers' needs and interests, demographics & related product/service demands, market trends and other data. Create strategies to expand business development activities and present Clean Harbor as service and solutions providers for all their business needs.
5. Utilize Salesforce (CRM) software to manage leads, accounts, and sales activities. Manage customer accounts (updating information, maintaining, and upkeeping of all data related to customer accounts).
6. Maintain sales pipeline and following up towards closure. Preparing reports on interactions, sales activities, and other tasks assigned by the sales manager or supervisor. Partner with other team members to create outbound prospecting campaigns
7. Review outstanding opportunities, services, and administrative items
What We're Looking For:
? Minimum 2+ years of experience in International Voice Sales
? Experience in change management & stakeholder management
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Proven ability to drive business growth and meet sales targets
