About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Inside Sales / Pricing Executive

with solid experience in

air and ocean freight pricing

within the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preparing competitive quotes, coordinating with carriers, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth execution from inquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer pricing requests and prepare accurate, competitive freight quotations (Air & Ocean). Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents to secure the best possible rates. Support the external sales team with timely and accurate pricing data. Follow up on submitted quotes and convert them into confirmed bookings. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth shipment execution and documentation. Maintain updated rate sheets, customer pricing records, and internal databases. Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and clients.

Requirements

Experience:

2-5 years in freight forwarding (Air and/or Ocean Freight).

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of pricing structures, Incoterms, and international logistics operations.

Skills:

Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and

Outlook

. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain preferred.
