Key Responsibilities:
Engage with international students, parents, and educators via phone, email, and online platforms to promote SOF Olympiads.
Understand the academic needs and aspirations of prospective participants and guide them through the registration process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, and academic influencers abroad.
Manage the end-to-end sales process - from lead generation and qualification to registration and post-sale support.
Track communication and sales activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support international campaigns and address region-specific queries.
Provide regular updates, insights, and feedback to help refine the international outreach strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, international sales, or academic outreach (preferably in education or edtech).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to engage with international audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in selling educational products or services internationally.
Familiarity with global education systems and student behaviour patterns.
Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
