We are looking for a driven and professional Inside Sales Intern to join our sales team for CaseFox, a cutting-edge cloud-based case management software serving a global audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, introducing CaseFox, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team, working primarily with law firms in the United States and other countries outside India.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Make a minimum of 120 outbound calls daily to prospects in international markets, primarily the USA/ Canada/ Australia and Middle East regions.
Introduce CaseFox/ MatterSuite, explain its features, and highlight its value proposition to potential clients.
Lead Qualification:
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify leads.
Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders to ensure effective follow-ups.
Meeting/ Demo Scheduling:
Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team using cloud-based scheduling tools.
Ensure all scheduled appointments are accurately logged and handed over to the sales team.
CRM Updates:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all call outcomes and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Track lead progress and update statuses to ensure a seamless sales process.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and scheduled demos.
Consistently strive to improve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
Customer Interaction:
Handle objections and provide basic information to prospects professionally and confidently.
Build rapport with prospects to create a positive impression of CaseFox.
Process Adherence:
Follow the defined calling scripts, workflows, and compliance guidelines.
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address prospect queries.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience: Fresher or 1+ years of experience in international telecalling, BPO, or SaaS sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools and cloud-based software is preferred.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of US English (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with an intellectual customer base.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of SaaS products
Soft Skills:
Strong, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
Adaptability to work in day or night shifts as required.
