Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Conduct account and contact profiling to identify key decision-makers and ideal prospects.
Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM and sales pipeline to ensure accurate lead tracking and follow-ups.
Communicate Flentas' value proposition effectively to potential clients across multiple channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, nurture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and share feedback for optimization.
Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong interest in
sales, business development, and cloud technologies.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of MS Office tools and online communication platforms (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, LinkedIn).
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to contribute.
