Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and researching potential leads and prospects
Support the sales team with outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and promotions
Respond to basic customer inquiries and route them appropriately
Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the team
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales concepts is a plus
Comfortable using MS Office / Google Workspace
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
