We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. Duties

Assist in identifying potential clients and conducting outbound calls to generate leads. Support the sales team in executing telemarketing campaigns and warm calling initiatives. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales activities. Participate in meetings to discuss strategies for technology sales and inside sales approaches. Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Basic understanding of negotiation techniques and sales principles. Familiarity with CRM software is preferred; experience with Salesforce is a plus. Interest or experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or inside sales is advantageous. Ability to perform outbound calling effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. A background in marketing or business development is beneficial but not mandatory. A proactive approach to learning and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
