Key Responsibilities

Reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms Understand client requirements and explain product/service offerings Assist in qualifying and converting leads into opportunities Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM or Excel Support the sales team in scheduling demos, follow-ups, and closing deals Learn and contribute to sales strategies and scripts Share feedback from clients to improve service and processes

Who We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated Ability to understand and explain products clearly Good organizational skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace A desire to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

Students or recent graduates (BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related fields) Prior internship or project in sales/customer service is a plus Comfortable making outbound calls
