About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to join our team and play a key role in supporting our client-facing operations and internal coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing directly to client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in lead generation and market research to identify new business opportunities.
+ Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM maintenance (e.g., Salesforce).
+ Help prepare sales presentations and proposals.
+ Conduct initial client outreach via email and phone to schedule meetings.
+ Compile and format sales data for reports and performance tracking.
+ Participate in sales meetings and training to learn industry best practices.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about customer success principles.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A keen interest in client relationships, business operations, and data management.
Previous internship experience or academic projects related to customer service, sales support, or project coordination are a plus.
