Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels such as calls, emails, and online inquiries.
Support senior sales executives in customer acquisition and relationship management.
Maintain and update CRM with customer information and sales activities.
Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and assist in preparing quotations.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Learn and stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitors.
Assist in preparing reports and analytics for management.

Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Email).
