Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inside sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
Monitor day-to-day sales performance, track KPIs, and ensure consistent productivity
Plan and execute strategies to improve conversion rates from leads to closures
Analyze CRM data and sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution with a customer-first mindset
Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives
Ensure timely onboarding, training, and performance review of new team members
Maintain updated records of sales, activity trackers, and client communication
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management
Contribute to process improvements, scripting, and sales automation initiatives
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate/MBA with
4-6 years' proven experience
in Inside Sales & Marketing (
EdTech domain preferred
).
Strong experience in
student acquisition, client engagement, and lead management
.
Knowledge of
digital marketing tools, CRM software, and sales reporting
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Age limit: Under 35 years.
