Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
A customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
