Inside sales executive is responsible for talking to students/research scholars, explaining our PhD services, generating leads, and helping the sales team reach monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Make daily calls to new and existing enquiries.
Explain our PhD assistance services clearly to the clients.
Understand client requirements and share basic details with the sales team.
Generate leads and convert them into hot prospects.
Maintain follow-up calls and WhatsApp communication with clients.
Update enquiry details in CRM every day.
Support the sales team in closing deals.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English/Tamil).
Confident in calling and explaining services.
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Qualification:
Any degree - Freshers can apply.
Work Environment:
Training will be provided on PhD services, sales pitch, CRM handling, and client communication.
