Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and online research
Qualify potential clients and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Understand client requirements and present the company's offerings effectively
Support marketing campaigns with follow-up on leads and inquiries
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Participate in training programs to learn product features and sales techniques
Prepare reports on sales activities and client engagement
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing or related discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Comfortable with working in a
US/International shift

High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of SaaS, IT, or AI solutions is a plus
Exposure to lead generation, market research, or tele-calling
Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts
