Female, with 1-2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding
Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated
Inside Sales Executive
with prior experience in freight forwarding. The role involves generating business leads, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of freight forwarding processes, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls/emails for freight forwarding services (Ocean & Air).
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and maintain customer databases.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and rate sheets in coordination with pricing/operations teams.
Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed business.
Support the field sales team with appointment setting, documentation, and client coordination.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly/quarterly inside sales targets as set by management.
Update CRM/records with client interactions and sales status.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce / Business / Logistics or equivalent.
Experience:
1-2 years in
Freight Forwarding (mandatory)
.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of ocean/air import & export processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
