Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the full sales cycle within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be confident in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. You'll play a key role in driving company growth through strategic client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
? Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and opportunities
? Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure
? Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
? Regularly follow up to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
? Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM system
? Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
? Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and onboarding
Qualifications & Skills
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
? Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales
? Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
? Strong convincing and negotiation skills
? Excellent communication and presentation abilities
? Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
? Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
