About the Role



The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting qualified inquiries into sales opportunities for solar energy products and solutions. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing basic technical information about solar systems, coordinating with the field sales team, and ensuring smooth communication from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities



Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, CRM, and digital campaigns. Understand customer requirements for rooftop/commercial/industrial/residential solar systems. Explain product features, benefits, and ROI of solar solutions to potential clients. Schedule appointments and demos for the field sales or technical team. Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) accurately and regularly. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and introductory presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, webinars, and lead generation initiatives. Follow up on quotations and negotiate to achieve monthly sales targets. Provide pre-sales support and coordinate for post-sales documentation. Gather feedback from customers and share insights with management to improve products or services

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
