Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated

Inside Sales Executive (Fresher)

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a willingness to learn sales processes and client handling.

Responsibilities

Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and online platforms Understand customer requirements and present company services Generate and qualify leads for the sales team Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups Assist in closing deals and achieving sales targets Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations

Requirements

Graduate or pursuing final year (any stream) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of sales or customer handling is a plus Willingness to learn and grow in sales Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of CRM tools Good negotiation and convincing skills
