About the Role

We are hiring an

experienced female Inside Sales Executive

to handle telecalling and lead generation for our IT hardware solutions -

CCTV, laptops, and printers

. The role involves connecting with potential customers, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the field sales team.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate leads. Explain product offerings (

CCTV, laptops, printers

) and fix appointments for field sales. Maintain customer details and interactions in CRM. Support the field sales team by following up with prospective customers. Work towards achieving monthly lead and revenue targets.

Requirements

Female candidates only

(mandatory).

Minimum 1-3 years of experience

in telesales / inside sales / telecalling. Preferred background:

IT hardware / CCTV / electronics / B2B sales

. Strong communication skills in

English + local language

. Comfortable working in a

target-driven environment

. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
