Location: Kolkata - Head Office (Unit No. ECSL1401, Ambuja Neotia Eco center, Business Park, EM Block, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091)

Job Type: Full-time | Work From Office

Salary: ?15,000 - ?24,000 CTC (Based on experience)

Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

Key Responsibilities

Generate franchise leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach & referrals. Explain ICA franchise model, ROI, pricing, financials & operational requirements to prospects. Convert leads into franchise sign-ups by handling queries, objections & negotiation. Maintain lead funnel and daily activity tracking through CRM/MIS. Schedule virtual/in-person meetings between prospects & management. Coordinate documentation, agreement processing & onboarding handover. Build long-term relationships with franchise partners for sustained business. Meet monthly & quarterly franchise acquisition targets.

Required Skills

Strong communication & convincing ability.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Comfortable with outbound calling & lead follow-up.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM preferred).

Ability to build rapport with students/parents.
