Manage inbound/outbound leads and convert them into enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong follow-ups.
Build relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in
EdTech / Counselling / Course Sales
(mandatory).
Strong communication skills in
English and any South Indian language
(Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
Goal-oriented with good convincing and interpersonal skills.
