Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Work from Home (WFH)

Job Brief
This role is perfect for women who enjoy talking to customers, closing sales, and earning incentives while working from the comfort of home.
You will handle incoming leads from our website, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns. Your main goal is to understand customer needs, suggest the right products, and close sales.
Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries from website, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns
• Call and follow up with interested customers
• Understand customer needs (POD, bulk orders, resellers, startups, retail buyers)
• Explain product details, pricing, and minimum order quantity (MOQ)
• Close sales and confirm orders
• Share product catalogues and information via WhatsApp
• Maintain customer follow-ups for repeat business
• Update lead status and daily activities in CRM or sales tracker
• Share daily and weekly sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch updates

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Age between 25 to 50 years
• Good spoken English and Hindi
• Experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer handling
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Excel, CRM tools)
• Own laptop with stable internet connection
• Quiet and dedicated work-from-home setup

Preferred Skills

• Experience in apparel, textile, POD, or B2B sales
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Target-focused and result-oriented mindset
