Job Title: Inside Sales Associate/ Insurance selling

Working model: Hybrid / Remote (Work from home)



Preferred Location- Mumbai and Pan India Hiring.

Language Fluency - Hindi + English compulsory.

Salary: Up to 20,000 in hand (Fixed) + Lucrative performance based Incentives.

NOTE- A WORKING LAPTOP AND GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION IS MANDATORY.



Position Type: Contract (6-7 Months Project). High performers will be given a chance to be onboarded full-time.

Job Overview:



We seek motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associates to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Associate will play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to achieve targets.

The role primarily consists of tele sales where the associate is expected to reach out to the list of customers provided, explain our services, and convert them.

Responsibilities:



Lead Conversions: Ensure highest conversion from the assigned applications Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers. Customer Renewals: Achieve 90% customer renewals from existing GQ customers. CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the overall sales process. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. Cross Selling: Cross sell Term plans to the assigned applications and achieve minimum 20 Monthly Insurance sales. Dial 50-100 calls daily and ensure a quick turn around time.

Qualifications and Education-



Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools. Graduates from all streams are welcome to apply. 6 months - 1 year of experience in inside sales or any related field. Insurance sales experience will be preferred. Note- A working laptop and good internet connection is mandatory.
