to join our growing B2B sales team in Kolkata. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, and closing deals with corporate clients. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of the B2B sales cycle and is looking to sharpen their negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential B2B clients through cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage the end-to-end sales process--from initial contact and lead qualification to final conversion.
Product Demonstrations:
Conduct virtual demos and presentations to key decision-makers (Managers, VPs, and CXOs).
Consultative Selling:
Understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
At least
6 months
of experience in an inside sales or business development role, specifically within a
B2B
context (SaaS, IT Services, Manufacturing, etc.).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in
English
. Proficiency in
Bengali
and
Hindi
is highly preferred for the Kolkata market.
Negotiation:
Proven ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and video conferencing software (Zoom/MS Teams).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
