Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients
Follow up on inquiries generated through campaigns, calls, or walk-ins
Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities
Schedule counseling sessions and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM entries
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication in
Hindi, English & Bengali
Strong convincing skills and interpersonal ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, internet usage)
Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
