Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive/ Sales Associate to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium makhana products through outbound telephone calls, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing our brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell Chappang Bhog Makhana products Generate leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls Present product features, benefits, and pricing information effectively over the phone Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally Process orders accurately and ensure proper documentation Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate makhana products Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM system Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
