Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.
Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and pitch relevant products or services.
Schedule meetings, demos, or presentations for the field sales/business development team.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data and pipeline status.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with clients by providing timely responses and support.
Collaborate with marketing teams to convert digital leads into sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
6 months to 1 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Bengali and English is mandatory.
