Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls daily to potential customers/leads Explain product features and benefits to generate interest and close sales Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals (B2C focus) Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up activities in CRM tools Respond to inbound queries when needed and assist in

lead conversion

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions Assist in

lead generation

, database building, and market feedback collection Report sales performance and customer feedback to the team lead

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English Ability to handle outbound calling and convert cold leads Strong

negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms) A positive attitude and

target-driven

mindset
