Inside Sales Executive
to drive end-to-end business development for our
US IT Staffing practice
. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the
US staffing market
, a consultative selling approach, and a proven track record in nurturing leads to successful closures.
You will be responsible for managing the
complete sales cycle
--from lead generation and qualification to relationship management, proposal coordination, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients in the
US IT staffing and consulting market
.
Generate new business through targeted outbound campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and referrals.
Schedule meetings with client stakeholders and staffing decision-makers to present service offerings.
Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to align talent supply with client demand.
Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture leads through the sales funnel to closure.
Manage the full sales lifecycle:

Requirements
3-5 years of proven experience in
