Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads across industries.
Build & manage sales pipeline (from lead ? demo ? proposal follow-up).
Understand client pain points and position solutions (dashboards, AI-driven automation, reporting tools).
Conduct impactful client presentations & product demos.
Collaborate with management & technical teams to design solutions.
Maintain CRM records & provide accurate sales reports.
Requirements
3-5 years of proven Inside Sales / Business Development experience (IT, SaaS, Data Analytics, Automation, or Consulting).
Strong experience in B2B sales pipeline building and conversion.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead-gen platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Education
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
Sales/Analytics/Transformation certifications are an added advantage.
