Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound sales calls
Explain company products/services to potential clients
Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Convert inquiries into sales
Maintain customer data and sales reports
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Skills Required
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to convince and close deals
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer, CRM, and MS Excel knowledge
Professional attitude and client-handling skills
Eligibility
Freshers or candidates with 6 months+ experience
in sales, inside sales, telecalling, or B2B sales
Any graduate or equivalent qualification
Experience in IT/Digital Marketing sales is an advantage
