We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Inside Sales Executive
to manage and convert qualified leads into paying customers. You will engage with prospects remotely, understand their business needs, deliver product demos, and guide them through the buying process while maintaining strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads via calls, emails, and chat to understand requirements
Present and explain product features, pricing, and value propositions clearly
Conduct online demos and tailored product walkthroughs
Build trust and maintain ongoing relationships with potential customers
Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales pipeline
Use effective closing techniques to convert leads to customers
Maintain accurate lead records and notes in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversions
Collect feedback from prospects and share insights with product teams
Stay updated on product updates, competitors, and market trends
Qualifications
1.5-2+ years of experience in
inside sales / telesales / SaaS sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
Comfortable working with targets and sales pipelines
Experience using CRM tools (preferred)
Tech-savvy and eager to learn fast-growing digital products
