Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Convert leads into qualified sales opportunities
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
Follow up with prospects to ensure timely closures
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
Maintain professional relationships with clients
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
6 months of experience
in Inside Sales, Telesales, or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
Target-driven and self-motivated approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT services, digital marketing, SaaS, or B2B/B2C sales
Prior experience handling domestic or international clients
