Inside Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and closing sales for our IT and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, and online platforms
Contact potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions
Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Explain company services such as Website Development, Mobile App Development, Fintech Solutions, Software Development, and IT Services
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM
Coordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth client onboarding
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical services and explain them clearly to clients
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Experience in IT services / software sales is an added advantage
