We are looking for a motivated and career-driven

Inside Sales Executive

to handle online sales inquiries, maintain our CRM system, and ensure regular follow-ups with prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple product categories effectively. This role is perfect for individuals aspiring to grow their career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to

online sales queries

across various channels (email, chat, website forms, social platforms, etc.). Maintain, update, and organize customer data in the

CRM system

. Conduct

regular follow-ups

with potential leads and existing customers to drive conversions. Understand the basics of the sales cycle, lead nurturing, and customer engagement. Manage and promote

multiple product categories

, ensuring accurate product knowledge and customer guidance. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) for order processing or customer support when needed. Prepare basic sales reports and track lead performance. Ensure an excellent customer experience through clear, concise, and professional communication.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline); freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome. Basic understanding of

sales concepts

and customer handling. Strong proficiency in

computers

, online tools, and CRM systems. Excellent

English communication skills

(written and verbal). Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple product lines. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to build a career in sales.

Preferred Skills



Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). Familiarity with online sales channels and digital communication tools. Good organizational and follow-up discipline.
