Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into memberships, maintaining follow-ups, and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle inbound/outbound calls.
- Convert leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Maintain follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Recommend suitable fitness plans based on customer goals.
2. Customer Engagement
- Explain membership plans, offers, and benefits.
- Manage objections and provide correct solutions.
- Build rapport with customers to increase conversion.
3. Sales Targets & Reporting
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM/Sheets with accurate lead status.
- Prepare Daily Sales Report (DSR).
4. Coordination with Teams
- Coordinate with front desk, fitness team, and managers.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Follow up on pending payments and renewals.
5. Process & Compliance
- Follow sales SOPs and approved scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and communication etiquette.
- Ensure customer data confidentiality.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales experience (fitness industry preferred).
- Strong communication & convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
