Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins from students.
Explain courses, admission process, and benefits of Saroj Education Group clearly to students and parents.
Actively follow up with leads to ensure timely registration.
Maintain and update student records in CRM/Excel.
Counsel students about suitable courses based on their educational background and career interests.
Achieve monthly targets for student registrations and conversions.
Coordinate with the admissions team for documentation and fee submissions.
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and eligibility criteria.
Assist in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM preferred).
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Strong follow-up and closing skills.
Positive attitude, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in education sales, counselling, or admission roles.
Good spoken English & Hindi.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
