About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Inside Sales Executive
to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, helping them navigate course options, providing virtual program demonstrations, and guiding them through the admission process. You will manage the entire sales pipeline--from lead outreach to enrollment closure--while using CRM tools to track progress.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume
cold calling
to generate interest and convert leads into admissions.
Manage
end-to-end follow-ups
with prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver clear and engaging
virtual product demonstrations
to explain online degree offerings.
Maintain and update the
sales pipeline in CRM software
with accuracy and timeliness.
Counsel and
guide students throughout the admission process
, addressing queries and recommending suitable universities.
Analyze student profiles and
compare university options
to finalize the best-fit program.
Ensure tasks are completed within defined
deadlines
, meeting both productivity and quality standards.
Collaborate with the university team to improve conversion strategies and student experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Fresher or
1-2 years of experience
in Inside Sales, Tele-Counseling, Academic Counseling, or Lead Conversion roles.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English and Hindi.
Strong
selling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
.
Proficiency in
CRM software
, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain student engagement.
Highly
self-motivated, target-oriented
, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong
analytical thinking
to understand student requirements and recommend best options.
What We Offer

?18,000 - ?28,000 (in hand) per month.
