About the Role:



We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand how our digital marketing and web development services can transform their business.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Understand client needs and pitch suitable digital marketing and web development solutions. Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development or Project team. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead generation activities. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:



Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a digital agency or IT services company. Having Laptop is a must. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.) and web development basics. Comfortable using CRM tools and sales automation software. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
