We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented
Telesales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to handle customer queries.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM.
Understand customer requirements and offer the best possible solution.
Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information.
Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction during every interaction.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is an advantage.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Positive attitude, target-driven, and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
