We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller Sales Executive to join our sales team. The main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to potential customers as well as existing customers. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
Key Responsibilities
? Generate leads and identify potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
? Explain solar solutions to clients, including technical and financial benefits.
? Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation.
? Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
? Stay updated with market trends, government policies, and competitors in the solar energy sector.
? Achieve sales targets.
? Maintain customer records and database.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related fi eld.
? Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role is preferred.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
? Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
