Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Assist customers with pharma product information Maintain client records and manage follow-ups Promote products and achieve monthly sales targets
Work Schedule

Shift Timings:o 10:00 AM - 8:00 PMo 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM (rotational) Working Hours: 9+1 hours 52 annual offs + 11 holidays (9 operational) Extra work = Extra pay
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Experience: 1-2 years (Sales / Call Centre preferred) Language: Fluent in Hindi and English Computer Skills: Typing, Internet, Excel, Browsing Mathematics: Basic knowledge (percentages, averages) Other: Should be trainable for new software and tools
Note: Only Lucknow-based candidates will be considered.
