Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound leads.
Identify business opportunities and nurture them through regular follow-ups.
Maintain lead databases, call logs, and follow-up trackers in Excel.
Prepare performance reports and dashboards using advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversions.
Consistently achieve lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements
Graduate (any stream), 1-3 years of experience in inside sales/ telecalling/ telesales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
for reporting and data management.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams.
