Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Requirements: -
Preferably inside sales experience (Perfect recruitment/staffing/ Job portal industry).
Good to be experience in any Sales, Telesales, BPO, Outbound/ Inbound, Lead Generation, Customer service etc.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Fresher is also eligible with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities: -
Make cold calls as per available data and conduct regular follow-up to gather and successfully close leads into sales
Doing Outbound Telesales and Generating leads from LinkedIn and Job portal etc.
Communicating With customers, making outbound calls to potential customers.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Fixed the meeting with enterprises customers and keep the Follow-ups on a daily basis.
Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
