Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executives (Lead Generation) to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate potential leads.

Call and follow up with leads to explain products/services

Maintain and update a database of prospects

Schedule appointments for senior sales staff or demos

Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets

Understand customer needs and handle basic queries

Work closely with the sales team for smooth conversion

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi)

Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)

Good listening and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stre candidates with 0-2 years of experience can apply

Prior experience in telesales, BPO, or lead generation is a plus

What We Offer:

Fixed salary between ?15,000 - ?25,000 (based on skills & experience)
