Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and explain product/service offerings.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.

Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
Achieve set KPIs for calls, leads, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in cold calling and initiating conversations.
Interest in marketing strategies and sales techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
